Abi Cooper

I started CrossFit 6 months after giving birth. I needed something to get my baby weight off and my fitness back. II’ve been to many gyms but because I was training on my own I never pushed myself to my limit. With the classes being in groups of 10, everyong helps each other through the workouts and I’ve made great friends. Not only have I improved my fitness but it has helped me in everyday life. There are many time when I looked at the workout and thought I couldn’t do it, and it’s such a great feeling when you finish it. Sam and Kirk are great coaches and I’d tell anyone to try it out.
